This is the snack which is loaded with cheese. Cheesy from inside and crispy from outside which is loved by kids.
This is one of my favorite snake of my kid and it is made by using minced chicken, cheese, breadcrumbs and some herbs.
This is one of the lip smacking snack which is enjoyed by all age groups. It can be served as lunch box snacks for kids.

Preparation :-
In a cooker chicken 300 gram add green Chilly paste, salt, Haldi and cook upto 2 whistles. Then shred that chicken and keep aside.
Put that shreded chicken in Mixy and pulse once.( This should not be fine paste.)
Take bowl and above chicken
- coriander leaves,
- onion 1 small ( fine chopped),
- carrot (grated 1),
- mayonnaise 3 table spoon,
- mozzarella cheese(handful),
And mix nicely by adding pepper powder and salt.
Then make round shape balls, dip in egg mixture, dust in bread crumbs and deep fry.
