Mutton Pepper Masala

 


If you want to cook something different in mutton this is a perfect recipe. This is a lip smacking recipe. You can serve this with Chapati, ghee rice , roti, etc. 

This is very easy to make. Here the mutton gravy is prepared with pepper and some species.

 Lastly adding freshcream gives the creamy texture.

How to Make Mutton Pepper Masala :-

Preparation and ingredients:-

In a cooker,

- Add mutton 1 kg,

- Haldi,

- Salt,

- Onion 4 big,

- Tomato 1 1/2,

- Pepper powder,

- Mix everything in hand nicely for two minutes. 

- Then Add water cook for sometime upto some whistles.

- Next step Heat pan,

- Add coconut oil,

- Jeera,

- Saunf,

- little methi seeds,

- while spices,

- Curry leaves,

- Green Chilly 3 slitted and fry nicely,

- Then add onion 2 big,

- Capsicum 1 fry nicely,

- Half cup curds,

- Then add above mutton and it's little water according to consistency,

- Pepper Powder,

- Haldi,

- Salt and boil nicely,

- Then lastly add freshcream and coriander and off
