Mutton Sukka is a semi gravy recipe , where mutton is cooked in aromatic indian species.
This is usually a mangalorean recipe. The flavour of curry leaves and coconut enhances the taste of this gravy.
What are the Steps & Ingredients Needed to make Mutton Roast/ Sukka?
- Heat Cooker,
- Add Oil,
- Onion 2 Medium and fry,
- Garlic Crushed 1/2 Pad,
- Ginger Crushed 1 big piece and fry,
- Add haldi little and kashmiri chilly power (1 1/2) tablespoon
- Salt
- Below mentioned powder and fry,
- Green Chilly 1
- Curry Leaves, Pepper Powder,
- Tomato (1 1/2) and fry nicely,
- Add mutton plus water,
- Cook upto till whistle.
For Powder :-
Dry Roast , 1 table spoon corridor seeds, 1 1/2 Saunf, clows 3 ,
- cardomom green 2,
- Dalchini one,
- Then powder it.
- Heat Pan dry roast coconut grated 1/2,
- Curry leaves,
- Then once mutton is boiled, add above coconut and curry leaves fried, coriander leaves and off it.

Best combination to serve is Pattiri, Semige (Rice noodles) You can have with Chapati, Rice, or any other Indian bread taste great with all.
