Malai Chicken Tikka Mangalore Style with Gravy

 




- In a Mixy add coriander leaves handful,

- Green Chilly (4),

- Add little water and make paste.

- In a bowl 1/2 kg chicken, 

-  Add 1/2 cup Curds,

- Salt,

- Haldi,

- Pepper Powder 1 table spoon,

- Jeera powder 1 table spoon,

- Garam Masala powder,

- 1/2 table spoon chat masala powder,

- Add above green paste & Ginger paste,

- 1/2 lemon and marinate for 1/2 hour - 1 hour.


- Heat pan,

- Add 1 table spoon oil,

- 1 table Spoon butter,

- Add chicken and fry for two minutes in one side,

- Turn upsidedown and fry by covering  for 20 minutes or until done.

- After 15 - 20 minute if water is left in chicken then dry that by doing in high flame.

- Then remove chicken pieces and then put in grilled netted pan by applying Butter.  (This is  option).

- In bowl above left marination add fresh cream 1/2 cup,  1/2 teaspoon chat masala and salt(if needed only

- 1/2 table spoon kasurimethi and mix nicely and keep aside.

 

- Add above chicken fried pan or any pan and put above cream's mixture and fry for 5 minutes till oil separate oozes out. 

Put above chicken and mix. Do flame in low and add fresh cream 1/2 cup, butter 2 tablespoon, chat masala powder, pepper powder, mix and off. Now it's ready to serve.
