Pineapple layered pudding

 


This pineapple layered pudding is the perfect dessert for any parties or occasions.

This is a layered dessert in which first layer is a bread  then settled with pineapple, dry fruits ,chinagrass and lastly topped whipping cream. This is a most delicious dessert specially in summer.


Ingredients and Preparation:-

- Heat pan and add pineapple (cut into tiny pieces)

- Add sugar and boil nicely,

- Heat pan 1/2 litre milk boil it and then allow for room temperature.

- Melt chinagrass (10 grams)band keep aside.

Layering:-

- In a pudding tray set sponge cake or bread as a first layer.

-  Then add pineapple syrup (which is boiled already) and it's tiny pieces.

- Then add dry fruits (cashew, badam) above it.

- Then add pineapple jelly (cut into cubes),

- Then add fruits ( Apple, banana, pomegranate),

 Set as layer

- After that milk and fresh cream (1/2 pack),

- Milkmaid 1/2 tin,

- Chinagrass (melted),

- Put in a Mixy and then set this as a layer to above pudding and set as layer,

- Then keep in fridge to set,

 - Then add whipping cream (1 1/2 pack) and spread as a layer, 

- Finally keep in fridge for 4 hours to set.
